The support, improvement and development of both the playing of tennis, and its derivatives, for everyone no matter the standard or ability, and the enhancement of its members facilities in the County of Essex. The principle of Equity, Diversity and Inclusivity is embedded into its Governance framework to help ensure this is achieved.
