The promotion of social inclusion for those who are excluded from society by virtue of their temporary or permanent occupation of institutions such as care/residential homes,hospitals, hospices or prisons by providing grants to institutions or other charities to provide arts activities and such other activities as the trustees deem appropriate in promoting social inclusion.
