The Club promotes health, wellbeing and social inclusion for residents of Barking and Dagenham by providing accessible opportunities for sport and physical activity, including football, cycling and running, and by supporting inclusive recreational activities for people facing disadvantage due to age, disability, hardship or social circumstances.
