The object of the CIO is to advance such charitable purposes (according to the law of England and Wales) as the trustees see fit from time to time in particular but not exclusively by making grants for the relief of those in need, by reason of youth, age, ill-health, disability, or other disadvantage, when such relief is provided for the public benefit in or near Kennington, Oxford.
