Weave Foundation is a Christian charity that comes alongside grassroots projects in Zambia, Nepal, and beyond, helping communities grow in self sustainability and long term wellbeing. Everything we do is rooted in relationship. We partner with established projects and local churches who know their communities best. Our mission is to lift up the incredible work these non profit organisations do.
