About

We provide an annual programme of activities for members. These are listed in a bi monthly newsletter. These activities include art and craft, physical , cultural, visits, visiting speakers. Other than the outside visits all the aforementioned activities take place in St Michael and All Angels Church Hall. Our main objectives with these activities is to give our members raised self esteem.
