We serve members of the community who are affected by undiagnosed or diagnosed ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) in Hampshire and beyond.Based in greater Southampton area, we provide support through Face to Face / Online Support Groups, directly by telephone and using social media; we also promote greater ADHD awareness and inclusivity for neurodiverse individuals.
