Heart of Mine provides the relief of need arising from the adverse impact of gold mining on communities and environments around the world, to include but not be limited to poverty, ill-health and the deterioration of the environment resulting from mercury poisoning and other adverse effects of gold mining on its workers and surrounding communities and environments.
