The objects of the CIO are for the prevention or relief of poverty in accordance with Christian principles for the publics benefit. In particular but not exclusively, by the provision of:(a) Items such as clothing, food, water and essential toiletries.(b) Signposting the beneficiaries to the various organisations that can give support and information in relation to substance abuse programmes
