About

For the purposes of building a town hall at Okehampton and a reading room for for the use of tha adult inhabitants of and visitors to the town and to apply the surplus (if any) over and above the amount required for the last mentioned purposes at their discretion as an endownment for Simmons park at Okehampton and Okehampton Castle or either of them.
