The promotion of social inclusion for post-16 adults with learning disabilities and/or autism, who are socially excluded economically, psychologically and culturally, through facilitating the development of beneficiaries' capacities, skills, independence and participation in society, by supporting access routes into work, independent living, sport and recreational activities to raise self-esteem.
