RHRP contributes to advancing human rights-based policing worldwide by identifying how human rights-based practices can best be institutionalised. It conducts multidisciplinary research, develops capacity-building tools, facilitates multi-sectoral engagement and provides technical advice to police agencies, governments, NGOs and others on conceiving and sustaining human rights-based initiatives.
