Providing children from 5 years of age to 19 years from resource poor communities and disadvantaged backgrounds with opportunities to access, train and participate in the game of rugby.The programme provides a development framework for the children from the extreme poor communities. The goal is to help them walk out of their adverse and harsh conditions into a brighter future.
