Management of a Powerchair Football League structure for the West Midlands in accordance with regulations approved by the Wheelchair Football Association & to ensure it is coordinated with local, regional & national Powerchair Football objectives. The structure includes: a) One or more competitive Powerchair Football Leagues & b) One or more development Powerchair Football Leagues.
