The principal activity of this CIO is to operate a community building and to promote, for the benefit of the inhabitants of Redhouse Estate and the surrounding area, the provision of facilities for recreation or other leisure time occupation of individuals who have need of such facilities, with the object of improving the quality of life of these individuals.
