About

We support the health of cardiac patients, their families and carers in Solihull and surrounding areas. We offer a monthly evening meeting with invited speakers, alternating medical themes with speakers of local interest. We have a health education programme and an exercise programme with 8 exercise classes per week plus monthly Leisure walks during Spring and Summer . We also have social events
