The charity offers support for people suffering with mental health issues by posting support, articles, blogs, advice and points of contact for those struggling with their mental health and for their loved ones who help and support them. Funds are raised through physical challenges to support the charitys social media presence and to support the work of the Blurt Foundation and York Mind.
