To further or benefit the residents of Chelford in Cheshire and the near neighbourhood by establishing or securing the establishment of a community centre and to maintain or manage or cooperate with any statutory authority in the maintenance and management of such a centre for activities such as small community events, meals, social gatherings, coffee mornings, educational sessions etc.
