Mid Powys Mind provides mental health and wellbeing services to people of all ages within the mid and north Powys area. Services include a Wellbeing Centre, youth service, outreach groups, peer support groups, one to one support, training courses, counselling, CBT, courses specifically for mums, information and signposting.
