Our aims are to reduce isolation, educate, support and build confidence through the arts and leisure activities.We run a weekly peer led support group for people with mental illness - mainly depression, anxiety, stress, etc, we also run a weekly lunch group and arts and crafts group in our local community. We run a drop-in session on a weekly basis in Gloucester town centre.
