For the public benefit, to promote community participation in healthy recreation by providing funds, information and advice for the learning, teaching and playing of athletics to clubs in Cheshire, Greater Manchester, Merseyside, Lancashire and Cumbria ('the North West').Current projects include Computers for Clubs and 'North West Athlete Fund', all to help grassroots clubs survive and thrive.
