We provide fortnightly support groups for adults aged between 18-45 with a long-term health condition living in Pembrokeshire. We also arrange days out for our members and their families to create a support network. We also provide other support via our Facebook chat room: https://www.facebook.com/groups/1489531921261682/ This is available to anyone of any age living anywhere in the world.
