About

We organise peer support sessions where people meet and share their experiences of overcoming issues that affect their mental health. We also offer a range of recreational activities where people learn techniques that will assist them to develop coping strategies to address anxiety, low mood, stress, low esteem or anger. This includes organising group therapy sessions.
