Vibrant Welsh language preschool playgroup established in September 2012. Based at Cyncoed Methodist Church. Preschool for children aged 2-5 from both Welsh and non-Welsh speaking families, to offer them an opportunity to learn and play through the medium of Welsh. Not for profit with an annual fundraising target of £5500. Run by a volunteer committee, employing professional qualified staff
