The Foundation's activities are centred on overseeing and managing the development of a children's hospital in the outskirts of Erbil, Kurdistan Region of Iraq. The Trustees adopted a "mothballing" strategy on 31 August 2015 aimed at preserving the hospital facilities until sufficient funding for the hospital operations is obtained.
