The Trust?s main aim has been the acquisition of Mistley Park Place as a community facility. A grant for a prefeasibility study was obtained and a landscape architect commissioned to carry out the task. It later became clear that a local developer had obtained an option to buy the whole site and another way of developing the site emerged. The Trust also gave a grant to a local event.
