1/ Promote, maintain, improve and enhance the education and development of children and young people aged 4-15 years of age by the development of new, and support of existing, out of school childcare clubs and holiday schemes. 2/Advance the education and training of the persons involved in the provision of such care, recreation and education facilities. 3/ Relief of poverty by provision of advice.
