The relief of sickness and protection of good health of persons over the age of 18 living in Surrey and its surrounding area by the provision and promotion of cardiac and cardio vascular rehabilitation and related healthcare.To assist with the funding of appropriate excercise classes based on referrals from GPs or the NHS based phase III programme for people who have suffered a heart problem.
