Home-start Torbay is a charitable company limited by guarantee. Our aim is to give children the best possible start in life by helping parents to strengthen relationships and widen their links within the community. The volunteers we recruit are carefully selected and complete rigorous checks including an enhanced CRB and a 40 hour preparation training programme.
