We passionately work towards breaking the link between Homelessness, HIV/AIDS and related longterm conditions. We also support homeless ex offenders. We have set ourselves the task of changing attitudes and perceptions by engaging in advocacy. We assist our beneficiaries to avoid homelessness as well as providing practical support to enable our members achieve & maintain independent living.
