Taunton Tigers runs training and friendly and competitive matches for players in various junior age groups, women and senior men. Training covers basic and advanced basketball skills, healthy physical development (exercise and diet) and ancillary social and mental development. Team building and communication skills are also developed in the context of the playing of basketball.
