About

Developed school retrofit project in the Kalikot district of Nepal. Linked ten schools in Nepal with schools in the UK, focussed on Disaster Hazard Awareness and reduction strategies. Project focusses on a masons training scheme for masons in Kalikot to spread the knowledge of retrofit techniques to improve the seismic resilience of buildings. Liaise with two Nepali NGOs, KIRDARC and NSET.
