Abstain is a mutual aid group for people with alcohol problems.We hold meetings and carry out activities that help people to take back control of thier lives.We organise activities and days out as a group like trips to the theatre, theme parks and the like. We try also, to provide advice on the possible use of local voluntary and educational organisations.
