About

Relieve the needs of young carers who reside in the area known as Southern Test Valley of Hampshire, in particular, but not exclusively by proving: a focus for young carers across all groups, support to relieve the stresses experience by them, gathering and diseminating information regarding young carers, identifying the needs of young carers and work with agencies to develop appropriate services.
