CEMAP is the leading organisation in the City dedicated to Black and Minority Ethnic Voluntary and Community Sector organisations. We help the sector to better meet the needs of our communities and help to influence local decisions on behalf of the sector. We also empower local communities by delivering projects which help them to influence change at local level and make the City more inclusive.
