To advance the education of young people in Norfolk, particularly but not exclusively those at risk of exclusion from school, with a view to improving their career prospects and supporting their development into mature and active members of society. This includes but is not limited to individuals who are NEET, young offenders, home schooled learners and older individuals seeking to return to work.
