Since its creation in 2008 the Living Awareness Trust has become more defined in its purpose. Trustees have been added, child protection and equal opportunities policies put in place. Dance Aware / Living Awareness Trust is one of the few independent charities working within diversity dance, led by a disabled director, Michael Mitchell who choreographs from a wheel chair.
