About

A formal twinning arrangement between Mulago Hospital Uganda and the Liverpool Women's NHS Foundation Trust which aims to reduce maternal mortality and improve the quality of healthcare received by mothers and newborn babies in Mulago. This is done by sharing human resources and providing healthcare workers in Mulago with educational opportunities such as staff exchanges and training programs.
