Fundraising is undertaken by public collections together with fundraising events including a golf competition, a carol evening, a jumble sale and a Northumbrian evening. Proceeds are distributed in accordance with club decisions made in duly constituted meetings. Main beneficiaries have been the Great North Air Ambulance - The Bubble Foundation - Josie Groves Dove Trust - Hearing Dogs For The Deaf
