Offers a range of support services to women aged 18 plus, with mild to moderate mental health problems and/or experiencing the impact of domestic abuse. Services include Counselling, Confidence and Assertion Courses, Anxiety Management Courses, Courses to manage depression, domestic abuse support, a bereavement support programme , mental health support group and therapeutic arts and crafts
