The relief of the elderly, and/or vulnerable persons and in particular to provide or assist in the provision of day service facilities for the residents of Cricklade and the surrounding areas who have need of such facilities by reason of their age, and/or vulnerability with the object of improving their conditions of life and promoting social inclusion.
