We hold bi-monthly meetings with one of the doctor partners and the surgery manager to discuss ways to improve patients' experience.We hold a Christmas Raffle annually. The funds raised are used to buy medical equipment for patient use. We organize talks in house for the surgery's patients and others, open to the general public, usually at Chase Farm Hospital.
