OPCaRT's mission is to identify and research the efficacy and mode of action of botanical anti-cancer compounds, initially targeting ovarian and prostate cancer. In pursuit of these objectives OPCaRT set up and staffed its own cancer research laboratory in April 2007. OPCaRT is engaged in several research programs in collaboration with local clinicians and research groups at Surrey University.
