Care for Overseas Prisoners (COP) was established in November 2006. It aims is to assist foreign nationals access appropriate services. COP intends to help with the variety of issues that face foreign nationals, for example marginalization; lack of information; immigration related problems; language barriers; lack of legal representation; lack of preparation for release and social exclusion.
