The main activities of the charity are to promote fundraising, including payroll giving, to employers and employees in the Birmingham area and to make grants to the Member Charities.The Member Charities formed an innovative partnership in the Autumn of 2005 to facilitate this way of allowing Birmingham residents and employees to help and support those in need around them.
