Stanley Hall Opera is a professional opera company established in 2001. It creates a production each June for an audience of 1500-2000, often commissioning a new English libretto and a new orchestral reduction for its chamber orchestra of around 18 musicians. It offers opportunities for young professional singers to work alongside more seasoned professionals and workshops for local schoolchildren.
