NWK Carers Support Services provides services to all adult Carers in the areas of Dartford, Gravesham and Swanley. We provide Benefits Advice, Support Groups, Short Breaks for Carers, publish "Carers Connect", provide "Caring Confidently in Kent", organise social functions for Carers and cared for as well as a telephone information and advice line and dedicated website www.careskent.org.
