Support and practical help to older and more vulnerable members of the community living in an area of social and economic deprivation. This includes light shopping, collecting prescriptions, transport to appointments, befriending the isolated or bereaved, supporting care. Support with applications for Blue Badges and Attendance Allowance and signposting to relevant approved agencies.
