About

Following the Tsunami in 2004, Senahasa helps communities in South West Sri Lanka become self-sufficient again. Main areas of activity are relief of poverty and suffering, school buildings and education, housing, healthcare and disabled children, economic development and rebuilding livelihoods. Non-tsunami work includes reservoir/water restoration projects in poor communities in the Dry Zones.
