Pinda Kai Do is an inter-style martial art form, which incorporates many forms of martial arts and grappling, through that various martial arts form we teach our members the way to keep fit and eat healthy then we encourage them to act in front of audience using martial arts moves to perform poetry or counting numbers in different languages.
